The Important Stuff
Update (as of 7/12/22):
The Natural History Museum is no longer requiring proof of vaccination/recent lab test for entry. However, because of the recent rise of cases, we strongly urge you to take a lab test or an at-home rapid test before coming to our wedding. As it is a major event with a large number of people—spanning a large spectrum of health needs—we recommend that every single one of our guests do their part to make this a safer event for all our loved ones.
Masks are optional for guests and mandatory for vendors.
Testing Information
If you need an officially administered antigen or PCR test, or are vaccinated but would still like to get tested for peace of mind in the Los Angeles area, please see the testing site availability at Los Angeles County’s online resource. We strongly urge you to book your test appointment as soon as you know your travel plans. Alternatively, you can book a test appointment with CVS, Walgreens, or Rite-Aid.
Bless You!
If you or anyone in your party tests positive for COVID-19, feels unwell, or exhibits signs of illness on the day of our wedding, we kindly ask that, in consideration of the health of our other guests, you refrain from attending. We will happily find time to celebrate personally with you at a later date when everyone is well.
While it is no longer applicable, we are including the previous guidance below:
Both the Natural History Museum and Los Angeles County require that all guests provide one of the following:
A) proof of vaccination, or
B) a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours before the start of our wedding, or
C) a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours before the start of our wedding.
Tests must be administered by a lab, official testing site, or health care provider. At home tests are not permitted. Guests unable to provide any of the above documentation will not be granted entry.
County and venue guidelines are out of our control and subject to change, and we will maintain updated health guidelines on this page. Please check back for updates and new guidelines.
